Introduction

This software is prepared to realize various types of rotary table testing and control. By connecting the computer and the RS-422 interface of the measurement and control box, the computer can collect the rotary table test data in real time and process and display the data as well as test and control in multiple modes, according to the rotary table axis system can be divided into single-axis, dual-axis, three-axis, etc. The software is designed with Microsoft Visual C++, Windows graphical interface and full Chinese operation interface, which can collect and analyze test data of the two-axis turntable and comprehensive processing, and has data management functions such as graphical curve and data output.

Software Features

1)        Automatic zeroing mode: After the turntable is powered up, turn on the power of the amplifier and press the input switch to carry out the automatic zeroing mode of the turntable.

2)        Position mode: When the rotary table is in closed-loop control, the position command can be sent to the rotary table through the control computer.

3)        Rate mode: In the closed-loop control state of the rotary table, the rate command can be sent to the rotary table through the control computer.

4)        Swing mode: In the closed-loop control state of the rotary table, the swing command can be sent to the rotary table through the control computer.

5)        Simulation mode: Simulation control is available when the turntable is in the closed-loop control state.

6)        Communication protocol: a standard communication protocol for secondary development by users, and customers can customize the protocol.
