DT450WK Temperature characteristic test of MEMS gyro can be conducted to obtain the relationship curve of modal resonance frequency and quality factor of MEMS gyro with temperature, so as to give segmented temperature compensation method. Zero bias measurement during startup; zero bias measurement at different temperatures; measurement of MEMS gyro error caused by temperature change; zero measurement at different temperatures after taking temperature compensation measures; comprehensive test evaluation report can be provided.
