Technical Characteristic
Developed for in-car navigation
LKF-MG107F MEMS Inertial Measurement Unit is developed for the needs represented by car navigation. The system adopts multi-redundant MEMS inertial sensors, and for the characteristics of passenger cars, the heading axis selects the Z-axis MEMS gyro with high precision comparable to the medium-precision fiber-optic gyro precision, which can ensure that the product maintains high heading accuracy after the satellite is out of lock.
High quality and reliability
The company can effectively improve product quality and reduce system cost through comprehensive control of upstream and downstream processes and technologies. Meanwhile, the company implements ISO9001 and GJB quality system, and adopts strict process to ensure the reliability and consistency of product performance.
Multi-sensor redundancy measures are adopted inside the system, which can carry out IMU fault diagnosis and processing in time。Meanwhile, the system adopts a high-performance Z-axis gyro, which can realize high-precision waypoint projection for long voyage time with the assistance of satellite loss of lock and odometer.
