Geometric Feature Detection
1. Standard geometric features on the workpiece can be measured. And through projection and intersection of existing geometric features, fit to produce new abstract features.
2. It can quickly analyze the spatial dimensions such as distance and angle between geometric features.
3. You can customize the coordinate system by point, line and surface, and mark the linear dimension.
GD&T Form Tolerance Inspection
The measurement software provides GD&T tools to evaluate the shape tolerance and position tolerance of geometric features. Examples include perpendicularity, parallelism, straightness, flatness, cylindricity, coaxiality, skewness, and position.
Three-Dimensional Digital Model Comparison
1. The software is compatible with a variety of 3D data formats and provides a variety of coordinate alignment methods.
2. The measured geometric features and surface point data can be automatically compared with the theoretical values on the 3D model, and a graphical report of the error analysis is given.
